Although my programme has a very different story line and is not similar in most ways to the series 'Pretty Little Liars', the website above shows how effective social media is in relation to an episode.

For example, the screen shot below shows statistics of how many comments were made about the show, therefore creating an active audience who can communicate with each other.
Similarly, a 'Social TV Conversation Gist' is also provided as it shows the most used/ popular words during the time that the programme was on. I could consider making one of these for my documentary as it is unique and interesting.
